Outreach

BETA

One pipeline for the people you want to write to: the address found on their own pages, a first email and follow-ups in your voice, and reminders when a follow-up is due. You send every email yourself, from your own inbox.

Before you start

  • Your name, business and postal addressEvery draft ends with them. The US CAN-SPAM Act asks every commercial email to carry a valid postal address of the sender: your business address, a PO box or a registered mail drop. Drafting waits until it is in Settings.
  • Your Aha Studio accountOutreach is for members: up to 300 prospects a month. There is no free demo, because it works on your own prospects. Unlimited with your own AI key after your first 14 days.
  • Your own Gmail or OutlookAha never sends an email to a prospect. You open each draft in your own compose window, send it, and press Sent.
Nothing is ever guessed: an address is only used when it was seen on one of their pages (the page is shown), typed by you with where you found it, or found on your own paid lookup account. Coming in v2: sending and reply detection from your own mailbox (SMTP and IMAP with an app password). v1 does not send.

Add prospects

0 of 3 done
  1. From the other workersSend to Outreach on a broken link, link gap or list article row of the Backlink Worker, on a story of a NewsJackr brief, or on a program of Affiliate Finder. Each prospect carries why you are writing from that worker.
  2. By hand or from a listPress Add prospects: one page or site, or paste a list of addresses or a CSV file (columns like url, email, name, found on). Up to 200 at a time.

PART 03

Find the contact

Tick prospects under To find contact and press Find contacts. A progress bar counts them; a failed one shows its cause with Retry.

The ladderTheir page first (the byline, the author, every address written on it), then the author's page on the same site, then the contact, about, team and write for us pages, then the RSS feed for a writer's name. It stops at the first personal address.
The pickWhen several addresses are found, one AI call picks the best. An address no page shows is refused, never used.
Where it was foundEvery address shows the page it was seen on. That page goes into the email's notice.
PolitelyOne page at a time with a pause between reads, robots.txt obeyed, a few pages per site at most.
Nothing foundYou see what was read and why: a contact form only, a name only, or nothing. Type an address you found yourself with where you found it.
Look up on your accountOptional, and off until you save your own Hunter, Findymail, Prospeo key in Settings. It needs a person's first and last name. You see the cost preview first; your provider bills you, not Aha.
